Tab 1 — Export Orders

  1. Click + New Export Order to open the order form. The Order No. is auto-generated in the format IACP/EXP/YYYY/NNN.
  2. Select the buyer from the dropdown or enter a new buyer name, destination country, port of exit, and Incoterm (FOB/CIF/EXW).
  3. Enter the products being exported with quantities (kg) and unit prices (USD). The total value is calculated automatically.
  4. Set the shipment date, payment terms, and any notes, then click Save Order.
  5. Use the status filters to find orders by country, status, date range, or product.
  6. Use Edit to update order details, Cancel to void an order, or Print Packing List to generate a printable packing list for the shipment.
The first export (IACP/EXP/2025/001 — Somalia, October 2025) is a historic milestone for Inspire Africa Coffee Park. Preserve this record.

Tab 2 — Documents

  1. The Documents tab shows a checklist row for every required document against every export order.
  2. Required documents: Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, ICO Certificate, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Quality Certificate (UCDA), Export Permit.
  3. Orders with any missing or unverified documents are highlighted in pale orange — resolve these before the shipment date.
  4. Click Update on any row to change the document status (Pending / Requested / Received / Verified), enter the date received, expiry date, and notes.
  5. The progress bar on each row shows what percentage of documents for that order are Verified.
  6. Use Print Checklist to print a document checklist for a specific order.

Tab 3 — Customs

  1. Click + Create Declaration and select the export order. Enter the HS code (0901.11 for green coffee; 0901.21 for roasted), declared value, customs office, and clearing agent.
  2. Track declaration status: Pending → Under Review → Cleared (or Held / Rejected).
  3. When clearance is confirmed, click Mark Cleared and enter the clearance date and duties paid in UGX.
  4. Filter declarations by status, destination country, or date range to monitor pipeline.
  5. The KPI card at the top shows total duties paid for the year.

Tab 4 — Compliance

  1. The UCDA Compliance Checklist shows all seven mandatory UCDA requirements with their current status.
  2. Click Update on any requirement to set its status (Compliant / Non-Compliant / Pending Review), date reviewed, and notes.
  3. In the Destination Country Requirements section, select a country to view its specific tariff rates, required certifications, labelling rules, and phytosanitary requirements.
  4. Keep UCDA contact details handy for certificate renewal, grade queries, and export levy payments.
Non-compliance with any UCDA requirement can result in shipment delays or rejection at the port of exit.

Tab 5 — Targets

  1. Click + Set Target to add or update an annual export target by country and product for the current year.
  2. Enter quarterly actuals (Q1–Q4) as data becomes available. YTD is calculated automatically.
  3. The progress bar turns orange below 50% of target and red below 25%.
  4. The bar chart at the bottom shows top countries by export value YTD — use this for CEO and board reporting.
  5. IACP's mission contribution: help Uganda reach $5B in coffee export revenue within 5 years from a $1B base.
